Pricing

We accept most major insurance, but we also offer fair, upfront pricing for our self-pay patients. Below is a list of prices for the most common urgent care visits and physicals. Please contact us at 703-746-0111 for current self-pay pricing on health screenings, lab work, vaccines, and immunizations.

Urgent Care

Basic: $130

Visit with Physician: One medical complaint that requires minor treatment, with no lab tests or additional procedures.

Moderate: $150

Visit with Physician, includes ONE IN-HOUSE Test ONLY. Patient may be BILLED from Labcorp/Quest for any other testing.

Complex: $200

Visit with Physician including 1 X-ray series and/or laceration repairs.  If additional x-ray series are required (for example wrist and elbow), then each additional series will be $35.

International Insurance: $175

Two medical complaints, or a visit requiring a more detailed procedure, medical evaluation or lab work.

Vaccines

Flu Vaccine:  $30 (SELF PAY ONLY-NO INSURANCE SUBMISSION)

Hepatitis A Vaccine (each injection, 2 required) : $100.00

Hepatitis B (each injection, 3 required): $80.00

PPD, includes reading results: $20.00

Tdap (Tetanus,Diphtheria,Pertussis):  $80.00

Physicals

School/Sports (PPE): Beginning at $75

A general exam or Participation Physical Examination (PPE) performed to review existing conditions and identify any new issues that could lead to modified participation in school and/or sports activities. (Tdap is EXTRA, if needed.)

DOT/DOE: Call for Pricing

A medical examination report for commercial driver fitness determination; the physical is an evaluation of the body and its functions similar in content to an annual/basic; using inspection, palpate, percussion and auscultation (listening). Also includes a medical history and lifestyle review.

OSHA: Call for Pricing

The OSHA respiratory physical includes a basic health evaluation with review of past and current medical history. There is also an extensive questionnaire that is to be completed prior to the exam.
