At Simplicity Urgent Care, we have an certified CLIA-waived lab that allows us to perform point of care testing such as flu, strep, mono, pregnancy, and urine tests. We have tight integrations with both LabCorp and Quest with daily pick up and stat pick ups if necessary so that we can provide the full complement of blood tests from internationally recognized labs.
We feel that communication is critical to our patients to empower them to be their own advocate so for this reason we call all patients personally with positive or negative results. At the patients request, we can fax or email via our HIPPAA protected system a copy of the labs to the patients for their personal record.
