At Simplicity Urgent Care, we recognize that your time is important and we strive to make things as easy as possible for you when you aren’t feeling well. Prescription medication is a large part of your road to recover and we have created processes to streamline this process through electronic prescribing and our in-house pharmacy.
Through a collaboration with our electronic medical record, we can send your prescription electronically to a pharmacy of your choice while the doctor is at your bedside. This process alleviates the possibility of the pharmacist mis-interpreting the doctors handwriting, instantly alerting the doctor in real time to any adverse medication interactions, losing the prescription on the way, and most importantly giving the pharmacy some lead time so that it will be ready for you faster.
For a select number of medications, Simplicity has an in-house pharmacy in which the doctor can dispense the medications to you for a small fee. Our goal is to make every step of health care simple for you.
