“I was so impressed and surprised with the level of service and follow through that I received at this location. Although I did have to wait about 2 hours total (which I find reasonable being as I had NO appointment) the experience was great. I’d been going to CVS Minute Clinic recently and found Simplicity to be a welcome alternative. As others mentioned, it was very clean and new. The doctor that I saw actually LISTENED to me, in detail, and discussed my symptoms without making me feel like an idiot. My prescriptions were called in to my preferred pharmacy and then copies of them given to me in a nice folder with a Simplicity business card and info. I found them to be very professional and kind.
