What to Expect During Your Visit
When you arrive at Simplicity Urgent Care, expect a friendly welcome. We see all patients on a walk-in basis, no appointment necessary.
First, check in with the front desk. If you began the registration process online, we’ll simply need your signature. However, we will need to verify your information so please remember to bring your Photo ID and Insurance card. If you did not pre-register online, you will be asked to complete the necessary registration forms.
Once your forms are complete, you’ll be entered into our medical records system for the next available exam. This allows our physicians to review your information thoroughly and efficiently in preparation for your exam.
When your name is called, a nurse will take you to the pre-exam area, take your vital signs, and show you to an exam room.
After reviewing your records, the doctor will discuss the information with you and complete an exam based on your illness or injury. The exam may involve such additional steps as x-ray, which can be completed on-site.
If your recommended treatment requires a prescription, you may be able to fill it on-site. Simplicity Urgent Care offers prescription services for the most commonly prescribed medications.
After a brief check-out at the front desk you’ll be on your way home, in most cases within an hour from your arrival time.
